| Abstract: |
| In view of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation indexes of the pulverized coal, feasibility indexes of the pulverized coal which are applicable to the injection into blast furnace are analyzed and summarized. The indexes include technical and element analyses, combustion, ignition, explosive, calorific value, reactivity, grindability, etc. Taking the pulverized coals used in M steel plant in Hebei for example, experiment and theoretical analyses of the feasibility indexes of the 8 kinds of pulverized coals used at present were conducted. Finally, the evaluation of pulverized coal performances was obtained, and 3#, 5# and 6# coals were recommended as coal injection in the blast furnace. |
