| Abstract: |
| The variation of the sulfur content in the gold concentrate of a smelting enterprise is large, which makes the roaster unable to keep self-heat balance. In order to resolve the technical problem, the smelting enterprise attempt to purchase high sulfur gold concentrate or to add sulfur in low-sulfur ore. But due to economic and technical problems, both programs are not useful. The gold concentrate pulp drying process is used for the first time, which reduces the process of the pulp filter and filter cake reversal. And then the feed mode of the roasting system is retrofitted from slurry feeding to dry-type feedstock, which can effectively solve this problem. |
