| Abstract: |
| The iron ore in Yunnna contains various iron minerals with higher phosphorus. The grade of Fe was 36.94%, and the grade of P was 0.93%. Aimed at the features of high content of phosphorus and various types of iron minerals, the technology of direct reduction roasting with dephosphorization synchronously was formulated. The iron concentrate with the Fe grade of 91.12% and Fe recovery of 90.05% with the P grade of 0.14% can be obtained under the conditions as following: anthracitic dosage was 40 kg/t, dosage of dephosphorizing reagent HJ was 200 kg/t, calcination temperature was 1150℃, calcination time was 40 min, the primary grinding fineness was 75% -0.074mm, first–staged magnetic field intensity was 95.5 KA/m, secondary grinding fineness was 80% -0.043mm, and second-staged magnetic field intensity was 67.67 kA/m. |
