| Abstract: |
| After analyzing three factors of the overall power consumption in mine drainage pumping station, it pointed out that the use of speed regulating device and single closed-loop feedback control can eliminate the waste of energy caused by the flow rich and lift rich, but is unable to eliminate the waste of energy caused by the efficiency deviation. The Pumping Station Target Power (PSTP) technology can solve this problem, and give the lowest power consumption value and the highest overall efficiency of the mine drainage pumping station. PSTP is applied to the design of mine drainage pumping station according to economic indicators. The highest operation efficiency and the minimum power consumption of the mine drainage pumping station can be predicted. |
