| Abstract: |
| According to the low iron concentrate grade and low production capacity of coarse concentrate regrinding unit, Zhongtiaoshan Nonferrous Metals Group Magnetic Separation Plant adopted the following optimization and improvement measures. 1、Improvd the coarse concentrate re-grinding process. With added to two permanent magnetic separator in series, coarse concentrate grade increased by 25%. 2、Changed the single overflow discharge way of the vertical spiral mixing mill barrel to the surrounding drainage weir. Mill overflow -400 mesh size content increased from 50% to 57% to 56% to 65%. 3、The structure of the cyclone and the parameters of the ore feeding conditions were improved and adjusted, and the sand returning ratio decreased from 650% ~900% to about 250% ~ 400%. Through a series of improvements, the magnetic separation plant has finally achieved the goal of improving the production capacity and optimizing the separation index. |
