Abstract:
A new method was established for determination of trace tin in lead and lead alloy by polarography. Sample was melted by sodium peroxide, acid leaching, using sulfuric acid precipitation and separation lead. In hydrochloric acid (2.4 mol/L) - ammonium chloride (2 mol/L) mixed base solution, tin in the dropping mercury electrode produce good reduction wave. The relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 2%, the standard addition recovery is 96.6% ~ 103% in the actual sample test method, Method is accurate, reliable and has gained good application in practical work.
