Abstract: |
In order to realize effective leaching of hemimorphite in zinc oxide ore, the solutions of NH3-NH4Cl, NH3-(NH4)2SO4 and NH3-(NH4)2CO3 containing the same concentrations of [NH3]、[NH4 ] were used respectively as leaching agent to leach zinc of hemimorphite. Leaching ratios of zinc were affected by the ammonium salts from big to small: NH3-(NH4)2SO4>NH3-NH4Cl>NH3-(NH4)2CO3. The effect of leaching process conditions on the leaching ratio of zinc of hemimorphite was studied using leaching agent of NH3-(NH4)2SO4. When the concentration of total ammonia is 8.5 mol/L, [NH3]/[NH4 ] is 1, temperature is 45℃, stirring speed is 300r/min, and the leaching time is 1 h, leaching ratio of zinc is 86.0%. Futhermore, when a certain amount of ChCl-Urea DES and ethanediamine respectively as leaching aid agent was added into NH3-(NH4)2SO4 solution forming new leaching agents used to leach zinc of hemimorphite, in the same leaching process conditions, leaching ratios of zinc could up to 92.0% and 97.7% respectively. |
