Abstract:
Hard zinc is production of distillation refining about crude zinc, which is one of the important raw materials of germanium extraction. At present, the recovery Germanium process from Hard Zinc is widely a process flow recovery of Neutral leaching-Oxidation roasting-Chlorination distillation. The energy is provided by coke in the enterprise. Therefore, there are great energy consumption, labor intensity, environment pollution and so on. In this paper, a new method of oxidation way is been proposed. Through the study, the optimal microwave calcination temperature, roasting time 2.5 h and the optimal amount of material under same crucible are obtained, which is 500℃, 2.5h and 200g under this experimental condition. At same time, the best leaching rate is acquired which is 86.82%. Microwave oxidation roasting significantly reduces the roasting time and roasting temperature, improve the roasting conditions and implements clean, energy-saving and efficient oxidation roasting.
