| Abstract: |
| Lithium mica of a Ta-Nb gravity tailing has high recovery value. According to the sample properties, the process comparison of magnetic separation- flotation, direct flotation and grading flotation were carried out, the test results showed that beneficiation effects of magnetic separation- flotation process was best. Followed, the effects of magnetic field intensity, magnetic medium, pH of pulp, cocoanut oil amine dosage on recovery of lithium mica, and contrast test of selected process structure were studied. Under the optimized conditions, lithium mica concentrate with Li2O grade 4.34% and recovery 80.86% was obtained by open-circuit process. |
