| Abstract: |
| ABSTRACT:At different sintering temperature (710℃, 730℃, 750℃, 770℃, 790℃), the preparation of 15vol% SiC particle by adoption of microwave sintering reinforces Al matrix composite materials. Studied the influence of sintering temperature on density, hardness and microstructure of SiC/AL composite materials. The result shows that when the sintering temperature is 770℃, the density and hardness of the SiC/AL composite materials both reach the maximum value. |
