| Abstract: |
| The experiment research on 3 kinds of injection mode distribution of the velocity field and turbulence kinetic energy in silver-melting furnace based on particle image velocimetry. The results show that, under all the injection volume, top-blown molten pool immersion time is far higher than that side-blown and bottom-blown. Comparing the average speed of molten pool, side-blown is high 25% to 105% than bottom-blown. In comparison to bottom-blown and side-blown, the turbulence kinetic energy under bottom-blown can be far greater than side-blown, the turbulence kinetic energy under side-blown is 400 to 500 orders of magnitude, and the turbulence kinetic energy under bottom-blown is 100000 to millions of orders of magnitude. |
