Abstract:
      In order to meet the quality requirements of the titanium materials used in the production of special welding material, the experimental study of fluidized bed roasted of Panzhihua titanium slag was carried out. In this paper, investigated on the influence of fluidized roasted on titanium slag quality under the condition of the roasted temperature, the air flow rate and the screw pusher frequency were 950℃, 3.3m3/h and 45.4Hz, respectively. The results showed that the fine particles were directly blown out of the fluidized bed and were absorbed by the cooling water. After the fluidized roasted, the titanium slag particles becomes thicker and the particle size increases; XRD and Raman analysis revealed that after the fluidized bed oxidation roasting of Panzhihua titanium slag, the crystal transformation occurred in the titanium slag, the vibration characteristic peak of 610cm-1 was red shifted, and the low valent titanium turned into high valent titanium and the rutile TiO2 increased.
