| Abstract: |
| In this paper, a process of leaching low grade zinc oxide ore leached in a NH3-(NH4)2SO4-H2O system strengthening by ultrasonic wave is present. The results demonstrated that ultrasonic wave can improve the leaching of low grade zinc oxide ore in ammonia solution. And under conditions of ultrasonic wave assisted leaching, total ammonia concentrations being 7.5mol/L, molar ratio of NH4 and NH3 being 2:1, leaching temperature 40 ℃, leaching 60 mins, and molar ratio of liquid and solid being 5:1, leaching of zinc can reach 92.1. This low grade zinc oxide ore will chelate with ammonia forming [Zn(NH3)4]2 in the leaching process, when molar ratio of NH3 and (NH4)2SO4 being 1:1. Appropriate increasing of ammonia concentration and reaction temperature can effectively improve leaching of zinc |
