| Abstract: |
| The Western orebody of the Hongshan copper mine as a replacement for the first phase production capacity , It is of great significance to the sustainable development of Hongshan copper mine. This study was mainly aimed at the optional test of ore body in Western china, In order to provide technical parameters and ideal process flow for the ore separation in the future. The results showed that the flotation effect of the combined collector was better than that of single. When butyl xanthate and butyl ammonium black medicine were combined with ration 3:1 and dosage 60 g/t, a final copper concentrate with grade of 30.12% and recovery of 96.95% were obtained.Compared to the current process conditions, the concentrate grade was raised by 6.93%, and the recovery was increased by 1.09%. |
