Abstract:
The thiosulfate is an effective lixiviants for gold and silver leaching. However, it is difficult to recover the precious metals efficiently from the thiosulfate pregnant solution, which restricts the application of the technology. The research status of recovery techniques are reviewed, including cementation, activated carbon adsorption, resin adsorption, solvent extraction and electro-deposition. The research direction and focus are also summarized.
