| Abstract: |
| The basic requirement for the high performance perovskite solar cells is the full coverage of the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film to the substrate. One-step solution method is a low cost and easy fabrication method to prepare organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film; the key question is to realize the full coverage state of the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film to the substrate through theory and technology innovation. The paper focuses on the preparation technology of the one-step solution method, and summarizes the technology improvements about enhancing coverage ratio of the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film in nowadays by the researchers, which furthermore deepens the understanding of the crystallization process during preparation process of the perovskite film. The research work will be benefit for realizing full coverage organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film by one-step solution method in future. |
