| Abstract: |
| Recently,paste filling technology has been rapidly developed.But the definition of paste is not clear enough at present. Domestic scholars learned from the saturation of soil mechanics and the fluidization of concrete bleeding rate and established a new definition of paste system. In this paper, the theoretical calculation formula of aggregate saturation rate and bleeding rate is deduced quantitatively by using the three-phase ratio index model of aggregate. Through the theoretical analysis and calculation, when the slurry saturation range is 101%～108 %,Bleeding rate range of 1%～7%, which constitutes a qualified paste, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the paste to determine. And the gap between theoretical calculation and measured value is analyzed by experiment, and it is confirmed that the formula has high reliability. |
