| Abstract: |
| The rough copper concentrate entrained in a large amount of easy-floating gangue minerals like zinc sulfide minerals and talc, mica in a concentrator. Although using lime and zinc sulfate in the selection of copper stage can inhibit zinc sulfide minerals, no inhibition to the easy-floating gangue minerals mainly on talc, leading to the product of copper concentrate after cleaning with a big gangue impurity and the copper grade is obviously low. For the current situation, taking a study to reduce the easy floating gangue minerals in copper concentrate in the copper selected period and after using CMC-Na as easy-floating gangue minerals inhibitor it obtained the copper concentrate grade of 22.34% and recovery of 84.71%, achieving the purpose of raising copper and reducing miscellaneous. |
