| Abstract: |
| In order to solve the problem of imported Peru iron desulfurization, the original process is improved. The improved process is first magnetic separation-second flotation, through one roughing-two cleaning flotation process. In the grinding particle size is -0.075 mm (83.2%), magnetic field intensity is 0.20 T, using ethyl xanthate (150 g/t), but ylamine aerofloat (100 g/t), TS-3 (150 g/t) combined collector, copper sulfate (250 g/t), sodium silicate (300 g/t) as activator, processing the return water temperature 10 ℃, flotation machine speed 6.93 m/s, flotation concentration under the condition of 26%, yield of 73.07% can be obtained, Sulfur recovery rate 87.10%, iron 66.5%, 0.43% of high grade iron concentrate. The process is characterized by a high grade of iron concentrate, high desulfurization rate (93.75%), simple process, the characteristics of the mill plant field application, the stable index, operating normally, good results have been achieved. |
