| Abstract: |
| An overview of the principle and characteristics of microwave heating and microwave heating technology at home and abroad research status are reviewed. In this paper, the application of microwave heating technology in material sintering, powder technology, material drying and material activation is summarized, respectively. Microwave heating technology in material industry, the application of microwave heating not only has higher efficiency and can effectively increase the reaction conversion rate, also have selective heating, can improve materials properties, used in the physical performance optimization, some materials by microwave heating has a better performance, such as thermal properties, engineering properties, acoustic performance and so on also can make the material more detailed microscopic structure. It also points out the problems existing in the microwave heating and the limitations in the promotion process, and makes a prospect for the application of the technology in the material field. |
