| Abstract: |
| In order to optimize the beneficiation technology and improve the beneficiation indexes, the floation experiments were carried out. From the result, it was shown that a fluorite concentrate grading 95.09% and having a fluorite recovery of 94.99% can be obtained by flotation of one stage roughing two stage scavengings and six stage cleanings, using sodium carbonate as regulator, water glass as inhibitor and oleic acid as collector from the raw fluorite of grading 49.22% at a grinding finess of 61% -200 mesh. The conclusions were drawn that: 1.with the increase of dosage of sodium carbonate, the amount of oleic acid requisited in the flotation decreases by degrees; 2. a better beneficiation indexes can be obtained by using step-dosage method of feeding oleic acid; 3. step-dosage method of scraping foam is beneficial to the beneficiation indexes. |
