| Abstract: |
| According to the present situation of single operation, low intelligence and low degree of information, this paper designs a mobile terminal for intelligent inspection of flotation machine. The terminal integrates the PLC wireless data access technology, RFID label remote positioning technology, equipment information management technology, and wireless monitoring technology of the key parameters of the spindle. In the end, the flotation machine operator can carry out the portable, digital and paperless inspection work in the flotation machine using only one terminal. It not only reduces the labor intensity of the site post workers, but also greatly improves the level of intelligence and information. |
