| Abstract: |
| EDEM and ANSYS are coupled to study the equivalent stress and the distribution of the wave liner. solves The shortcomings of EDEM software"s poor visualization and the complicated processing steps have been solved. The stress distribution of the original waveform liner is obtained from the analysis of static mechanics. Combined with the results of static analysis, designed a new type of liner, that is, in the original waveform liner on both sides of the main lift to add an auxiliary lifting bar, auxiliary lifting the size of the main lift of the 1/3. By using the Archard wear model, the wear amount of the new waveform liner and the original waveform liner is compared and analyzed. It is found that the new type of the lining has a great improvement in the wear resistance, and the correctness of the design method is verified. |
