| Abstract: |
| In the process of industrial production, the transmission, metrical information of mobile material, is widely used in radio station and wireless module. Environment around receiving radio station, especially the steel structure workshop, seriously affects information transmission effect. In this case, the pocket loss rate and bit error rate are quite serious in the process of data transmission. In this paper, a multi-node distributed transmission method is proposed. According to environment conditions in each production area, the appropriate number of WIFI nodes is set, which can be covered by radio signal in the entire production area. Wireless modules, PDAs and terminal inquiry devices adjust adaptively by WIFI node’s frequency bands and antenna arrays to optimize data transmission. Copper smelting production field test shows that the method can effectively eliminate the electromagnetic interference of the surrounding environment, and data pocket rate is less than 0.1%. |
