| Abstract: |
| The bismuth concentrate with a grade of only 3.94% was obtained by the preliminary enrichment of the tailings after copper separation from copper- bismuth ore. The bismuth in the sample in a form of tiny native bismuth by occurrence state and microstructure analysis, a large number of bismuth about 59.15 percent, meanwhile, associate with or included in other minerals, this parts bismuth belongs to refractory bismuth. The influence of grinding fineness and regime of agents on flotation indexs were analyzed according to the ore properties, then, a bismuth concentrate with grade is 25.06% and recovery is 77.31% was obtained by a flotation process including “one stage roughing-two stage scavenging-three stage cleaning”. X-ray diffraction analysis on concentrate shows that composition of the concentrate is rather complex, except native bismuth, there are other minerals which contains bismuth, this parts minerals mainly are galena. |
