Abstract:
      Due to microwave has high temperature, high enthalpy, high chemical reactivity, reaction atmosphere and controllable reaction temperature, it is very suitable for the preparation of new performance materials with high purity, small particle size and uniform particle size distribution. This paper summarizes the influence factors of microwave sintering technology on the properties of the alloy, focusing on microwave sintering of iron-based materials and microwave sintering of soft ferrite materials, microwave sintering of high density alloy, Microwave sintering of cemented carbide and microwave sintering of metal melting difficult to influence the performance of the material. The results show that compared with the conventional sintering, microwave sintering can greatly accelerate the reaction speed, and the properties of sintered materials are far higher than that of conventional sintering and sintering process, short production cycle, reduce energy consumption, improve production efficiency.
