| 【】Objective Take the problems exist in the production process of the imported nickel starting sheet sucker-type stripping machine as the research object, verify the rationality of the design of the structural reform, after movement analysis and static mechanics of the modified sucker-type stripping machine. use the computer-aided software UG we build two kinds of 3D models (one is imported sucker-type stripping machine, another is the structural reformed. sucker-type stripping machine), use dynamic analysis software ADAMS to analyze the kinematics of stripping machine, and combined with the finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry out the static analysis of the stripping machine, verify the rationality of the structural transformation of the stripping machine Methods According to the law of the definition of center of mass and parallel axis, analyze the reasons of the excessive vibration noise in the process of the running imported sucker-type stripping machine, and modify structure of sucker-type stripping machine. Results After the improved mechanism, the vibration and noise of the stripping machine are obviously reduced, and the maximum stress and maximum strain of the frame are obviously reduced. Conclusion After the transformation of the structure of the vacuum sucker-type stripping machine can meet the production requirements. |
