| Abstract: |
| The effects of nitriding temperature, ammonia flow rate and nitriding time on the nitriding rate of the product were investigated by the method of preparing the vanadium nitride. The results show that the nitrification rate of the product reaches 95% with an average grain size of about 100 nm under the optimum conditions including the nitriding temperature is 750 ℃, the ammonia flow rate is 80mL/min and the nitriding time is 14h。 |
