| Analysis of the characteristics of oxygen in copper smelting enterprises in the production system, buffer storage system and consumption system, established a mathematical model of oxygen system of copper smelting enterprises, as the basis for the establishment of a copper smelter oxygen system Simulink simulation model, oxygen system for a copper smelting enterprises adopt different oxygen the addition of oxygen liquefaction and gasification system and system simulation, the results show that the oxygen system of enterprises to adopt different production scenarios on oxygen emission rate of enterprises has great influence, enterprise oxygen production and oxygen system enterprises average oxygen consumption is less, less bleeding rate; oxygen liquefaction and gasification system suitable, can enterprise oxygen emission rate of the system decreases to zero oxygen. |
