| Abstract: |
| The new dressing-metallurgy combination process of preconcentration-zinc removing calcium by flotation and hydrometallurgy has been put forward. The good experiment indicator of Zn grade 18.09% and recovery 77.57% are gained through twoSstageSrougher after desliming when the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm content is 85%, the dosage of Na2S is 8000 g/t and the combined inhibitor dosage of sodiumShexametaphosphate is (100 100 g/t), and sodium silicate is (500 500 g/t), and HHA are used as collector. The content of calcium oxide in rough zinc oxide concentrate has declined from 21.71% to 13.25%, 63.50% calcium oxide impurities in the ore have been removed.The experimental results of studies on new dressing-metallurgy combination process signify that 87.43% recovery of total zinc for whole flowsheet that is the good technical index. The composite acid consumption of zinc oxide is only 3.60t / t.Zn that is very low, which reduces significantly the acid consumption of zinc hydrometallurgy process. |
