| Abstract: |
| The copper ore mineral complex component,and the major part of metal sulfide ore contains chalcopyrite, pyrite and magnetite in Shaanxi. It was done experiment of mineral processing research for the efficient exploitation of the ore.the optimal conditions of the process of flotation were determined to be：The preferential flotation flowsheet of the ore grinding –floating copper-floating sulfur-magnetizing iron, and gold enrichment in chalcopyrite. Finally it got the copper grade of 20.29%, recovery of copper for copper concentrate 95.62%, gold grade of 36.71g/t, gold recovery of gold concentrate 81.90%, sulfur grade of 42.67%, recovery of sulfur in sulfur concentrate 56.63%, iron grade 62.51%,recovery of iron in iron concentrate 15.10%. It realizes comprehensive recovery of copper gold iron and sulfur. |
