Abstract:
There is 27.13% in a zinc leaching residus, most of the zinc mainly exists in zinc ferrite. To recovery and use of zinc in leaching residus and activation leached with sulfuric acid, the effects of stirring speed, reaction time, reaction temperature and initial sulfuric acid concentration on zinc extraction rate were investigated. The results showed that the leaching rate of 83% can be obtained under the stirring speed of 300rmp, the reaction time for 180min, the reaction temperature of 80℃ and the initial sulfuric acid concentration is 1.75mol / L.
