Abstract:
      Aiming at the problem of low dissociation degree of single ore in flotation of a copper mine in Yunnan privince, MLA test and middle ore treatment process experiment have been studied. The results showed that the copper minerals were mainly distributed in the range of 38μm and -19μm, the dissociation degree of the monomer was only 15.02% ~ 47.27%. The concentration of the middle ore could improve the dissociation of the monomer, the monomer of 85% was obtained. Usingthe process technology of the reclaimed medium to return to the roughing, a final copper concentrate with grade of23.28% and recovery of 96.38% were obtained.Compared to the current process conditions, the concentrate grade was raised by0.31%, and the recovery was increased by 1.25% and the annual economic benefitsof about 202.41 million yuan was created.
