| Abstract: |
| Based on the analysis of process mineralogy and exploratory experiments, the technical condition study on all-slime cyanidation leaching separation process was conducted,to provide the technical basis for high efficient exploitation and utilization of a gold ore in Gansu Province. The results showed that the leaching rate of gold is most influenced by the grinding particle size, the dosage of lime and leaching time. The gold and silver leaching rate respectively reached 88.22% and 93.24% under the grinding fineness of 75% passing 38μm,dosage of lime at 2000g/ t,NaCN dosage at 2000g/t, ration of liquid to solid 3:1 for 4 h leaching. The analysis of leaching residue shows that the inclusion of gold with fine particles is the main factor restricting the leaching rate of gold. |
