Abstract:
A sandstone copper deposit in Mo Han, Yunnan contains 0.77% copper, in which oxide copper accounts for 45.45% of the metal rate. The main copper mineral is malachite. Due to its insufficient oxidation and highly mixed with limonite blending, the ore is relatively refractory. The flotation experiment results show that: 3000g/t lime as regulator and depressor, 1000g/t Na2S as activator, 90g/t butyl xanthate as collector, 35g/t pine oil as frother, under the grinding fineness of -0.074mm accounted for 85%, after 3 roughing-2 selecting- 1 roughing, we had a result of 18.006% grade and 80.01% recovery.
