| Abstract: |
| The experiment solves the technical problems of dehydration and purification during the preparation of high purity anhydrous indium trichloride,through the processes of atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation and solvent purification. Finally, the best route to prepare high purity anhydrous indium trichloride was confirmed:When the feed ratio (BUOH / crystallization water) is 35: 1, the atmospheric distillation temperature is 125 ℃, the decomposition temperature is 230 ℃, the decomposition time is 1 hour. The high purity anhydrous indium trichloride can be obtained after vacuum sublimation and purification, Yield up to 95%, product purity above 99.999%. |
