| Abstract: |
| The distribution status of Fe in ferro vanadium nitride was analyzed by means of fluorometric measurement, XRD, SEM. The influence of carbon coefficient and reaction temperature on N/V was studied systematically. The results show that in the high temperature conditions, ferro vanadium nitride was prepared by carbon thermal reduction method in which V2O3 was used as the raw material of nitridation reaction. the vanadium nitride wrapped layer was formed from the nitriding of V. Fe is remained and not uniformly distributed inside the aggregation vanadium nitride mainly based on the state of Fe. The reaction conditions directly affect N/V of ferro vanadium nitride. The preparation of high quality ferro vanadium nitride was required to control better process parameters. |
