Abstract:
The metallurgical properties of iron ore is an important factor affecting the production of blast furnace, especially the permeability and fuel ratio of blast furnace. The permeability and fuel ratio of blast furnace were studied in this paper, including low temperature reduction of iron ore powder, burst properties, medium temperature reduction and high temperature softening dripping properties. The results showed that with the reduction degradation index RDI 3.15 increasing, blast furnace permeability will increase. With the burst properties and high temperature softening droplet properties decreasing, blast furnace permeability will increase. With the temperature reduction performance increasing, fuel ratio will decrease.
