| Abstract: |
| There are three forms for mercury in waste acid, which are particle, colloid and ion. Colloidal mercury is most difficultly removed. Mercury removal agent M201 will remove mercury in waste acid high efficiently depending on colloidalcoalesence technology. When quality ratio for M201 and mercury is 10:1, mixing time is 15 minutes, mixing temperature is 30 centigrade, ventilation time for air-float column is 15 minutes, gas supply rate is cubic meter per liter, acidity is 13.86%, residual concentration for mercury in waste acid purified is 0.021 milligram per liter, which is for discharge to reach standard. |
