| Abstract: |
| The quality of the fracturing fluid is determined by the control system of the oil fracturing fluid distribution station. According to the characteristics of the fracturing fluid preparation process, fuzzy immune PID control algorithm is adopted to control the real-time feed rate of the precision feeding device, ensuring the constant proportion of water and rubber powder. This paper introduces the design of the software and hardware of the control system and the features of the system. The application shows that the system can mix automatically according to the preset proportioning parameters, and the base fluid of the fracturing fluid is stable, full swelling and high export viscosity. |
