| Abstract: |
| According to the hidden danger of personal safety and the inefficiency of throwing balls in the manual casting operation of large horizontal wells, a visual control system for ball throwing device is developed. This paper introduces the general situation of the throwing device, the software development of the control system, the system communication and the application in the field. The control system has the functions of full flow monitoring, automatic throwing operation, automatic fault diagnosis and so on. The visual ball control system has stable operation, safety and reliability, simple operation and reduced labor cost. It provides reliable guarantee for the success of large horizontal well fracturing. |
