Abstract:
      ABSTRACT:In order to achieve the dissociation of useful minerals monomer, improve the selective index, middling&tailing regrinding and reprocessing, stage grinding and stage separation applications into the whole process. Vertical mill as an efficient fine grinding and re-grinding equipment, has more and more applications. This article starts from the structure and working principle of vertical mill, and introduces the application of vertical mill in recycling zinc in a large sulfur concentrate in Yunnan. Sulfur concentrate with particle size of 80% of -0.074um adding into vertical mill, the product size of 80% of -0.045, grinding products flotated by three selected to achieve zinc 43%, lead 7.5%, zinc recovery 55%, lead recovery 18% qualified mixed concentrate. Achieve significant economic benefits by this technology.
