| Abstract: |
| This paper uses recycled powder, blast furnace slag, FGD gypsum and soda residue as the main raw materials adding proper amount of composite activator to stimulate the activity of these materials.The prepared clinker-free cementitious material has good physical and mechanical properties, and can meet the technical requirements of the 32.5 composite cement.Through trial, test and orthogonal test, test the effect of those materials on strength properties,so as to preliminarily determine the mixture ratio.The best mixture ratio was determined according to the physical and mechanical properties. The other properties of recycled powder and soda residue blended clinker-free cementitious materials material under this mixture ratio were further studied. |
