Abstract:
In order to realize the resource and harmless treatment of oil sludge from the oil field, the experimental research on the thermal chemical cleaning method is carried out on the ground oil sludge of a certain oil field in the West. The compound surface active agent QXJ-1 was used as a chemical cleaning agent, and the effects of various process parameters on the cleaning effect were evaluated in the room. The results show that when the concentration of chemical cleaning agent is 3.0g/L, the reaction temperature is 60 degrees, the stirring time is 30min, the stirring strength is 100r/min, the pH value is 7, the sludge oil ratio is 1:4, the residual oil rate of sludge is the lowest, and the cleaning effect is the best. The residual oil rate of the ground oil sludge can be reduced to 0.4% and the water content of the recovered crude oil is 0.5% after treatment under the optimum conditions. It shows that the thermochemical cleaning method has good cleaning effect on the ground oil sludge, and provides a reference for the efficient recovery of oil sludge from the oil field.
