Abstract:
In order to solve the mining technical problem of Baluba gently inclined ore, an AHP-FUZZY comprehensive evaluation model was established based on the basic theory of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics and used to evaluate mining methods comprehensively for gently inclined orebody in Baluba copper mine. The comprehensive evaluation index system was established based on the considerations of economy, technology and security and the weight matrix of the evaluation index system was created according to the AHP method. The four mining methods were designed based on the actual conditions of Baluba copper mine, and then the superior degrees of four mining methods were calculated according to the AHP-FUZZ comprehensive evaluation model. The result indicates that the synthetic superior degrees of four mining methods are 77.8%, 81.1%, 67.5%, 71.4% and the second method is the optional. After carrying out the optional mining method in industrial practice, the result shows that the ore recovery rate and the dilution rate of the new method were greatly improved, the high-efficiency and safely mining of the gently inclined hard-to-mine ore body was vastly promoted by using the new method, and it has an important reference value for the similar mines.
