| Abstract: |
| In order to improve the electrical properties of copper-based composite, the titanium carbide content and two tin dioxide content on the electrical performance of the copper based composite materials were studied, and tested the conductivity changes of composite materials under different annealing temperatures, the results show that the conductivity of composites increased with increasing TiC and SnO2 content decreased, and the effect of SnO2 content on the electrical conductivity decreases more. After sintering, the electrical conductivity of composites in the range of 15~35μΩ-1.m-1, after the annealing process, the conductivity of the material has a certain degree of improvement than those before annealing, and the annealing temperature for different grain size and lattice distortion will be affected, then affect the electrical conductivity of composites. |
