Abstract:
The zinc oxide dust bearing germanium was treated by pressure leaching process for high-efficient leaching of germanium and zinc. The effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, oxygen pressure, sulfuric acid amount, and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of germanium and zinc were studied. The experimental results show when sulfuric acid amount is 1.5 times of the theoretical quantity, liquid-solid ratio is 3∶1, leaching time is 3.0 hours, leaching temperature is 80 ℃, oxygen pressure is 800 kPa, stirring speed is 500 r/min, the germanium and zinc leaching rate can reach 75.11% and 97.21%, respectively.
