Abstract:
The dealumination optimal conditions of sodium silicate solution was obtained through characterizing the product under the hydrothermal temperature 160 °C for 1~16 h by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning election microscope (SEM) using Na2SiO3?9H2O (47 g/L), NaAlO2(40 g/L) and CaCl2(19 g/L) as raw materials by synthesizing stable hydrated garnet phase. The flocculation precipitate of Ca5Si6O16(OH)2, Ca5Si6O16(OH)2?8H2O, Ca5Si5Al(OH)O17?5H2O were generated largely and the content of aluminium was decrease for 1 h. The new phase of Ca2.93Al1.97Si0.64O2.56(OH)9.44 was generated when the reaction reach 10~12 h. The aluminium in the solution was removed ulteriorly by Ca2.93Al1.97Si0.64O2.56(OH)9.44 and Ca5Si5Al(OH)O17?5H2O.
