| Abstract: |
| Zirconia was widely used as an anti-wear structural element under high temperature, load and aggressive media conditions and was of great importance to industrial manufacture. The current manufacture of zirconia was more stabilization of the preparation process, several common preparation of zirconia manufacture technology were introduced and analyzed the advantages of these preparation techniques, the zirconium oxide prepared by chemical method uniform particle size distribution and the method was simple and easy to do. Sol-gel method to produce fine powder particles, monodisperse excellent stability of zirconia powder. Hydrothermal production of zirconium oxide was small particle size, high purity. Fused zirconium oxide produced by low content of impurities, high density and production process was simple. Zirconia prepared by microwave heat treatment has short reaction time, fast heating rate and low energy consumption. The various preparation technology of zirconia makes its application more diversified. |
