| Abstract: |
| The proportion and application of the existing release agent can not achieve the ideal release effect. The phenomena of high whiteboard rate, plate surface cracking, back reinforcement, slagging and caking often occur, which have a great impact on the quality and appearance of copper anode plate. The effects of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polycarboxylic acid (PCA) as polymer additives on the properties of the release agent were studied. The main components of the release agent were BaSO4 40%~70%, SiO 2 25%~50%, Al2O3 2%~8% and CaO 1%~4%. Polycarboxylic acid and polycarboxylic acid were added in trace amounts. The developed demoulding agent can improve demoulding effect and surface quality. |
